Mold Qualification Services

All molds built by X-Cell Tool & Mold -- including connector, reel-to-reel, insert, medical, and consumer products tools -- are sampled on our own injection presses unless otherwise specified by the customer.  The qualification of the molds is accomplished on our two injection mold presses which include our 122-ton Nissei horizontal press and our 77-ton Nissei vertical press.
