X-Cell Tool & Mold guarantees the precision of the molds we manufacture through the expertise of our Quality Assurance Lab and 20+ years of modern QA experience. Utilizing state-of-the-art equipment like our OGP Smartscope and in-house mold qualification presses, we provide our customers with accurate first-article inspection reports, capability studies, and gage R&R to consistently meet their quality requirements.
QA support extends across all shifts to ensure an uninterrupted manufacturing schedule. The use of Continuous Improvement techniques and future ISO 9000 certification will provide customers with a sense of confidence and a platform for correlation of records and information.
